How To Upload Documents

Hi All, 

I wanted to show you a neat trick on how to add documents to your patient portal. It's a useful tool in keeping track of results and making before and after comparisons while keeping track of your patient's progress.  

The steps are as follows: 

1. Visit the TruDiagnostic website, in the upper right-hand corner of the webpage please click Login/Register. If you need assistance with your login information please contact our support team at support@trudiagnostic.com. 
2. While in your dashboard if you look to the left side of your screen you will see your menu option. Select the Patient Information option. 
3. The drop-down menu will show a Patient Chart option. Click it. 
4. On this new page, you will see all your patients that have registered a kit. Use your cursor and hover over the patient you would like to view. Then move your cursor to the right side of the page. There will be three colored options listed. Click the Gray option. 
5. On this new page, you will see your patient's information. Above your patient's profile, you will see Summary, Demographics, and Documents listed.
6. Click the Documents option. 
7. On this new page, you will be able to upload any documents. Fill out the document name portion then choose your file, and finally click upload
